This is a pre-order item. Production will commence after the pre-order period is closed. Place your order before 9 January 2022 to receive your T-shirt before Chinese New Year.

- Please note that the item is on a pre-order basis and will take a maximum of 28 days to reach you.
- Size measurements may differ by 5% to 10% from the actual product.
- Due to the printing process and lighting, colour may differ slightly from the actual product.
- Please check and confirm your size, colour and surname before placing your order. Once goods are sold, we will not accept any return, exchange or refund requests.

- Our pre-order items means once an order is confirmed and placed, your order will then be sent for printing.
- At OKAYCUN, we aim to reduce wastage and therefore we will only produce based on the quantities ordered.

FAQ
1) I would like to edit or cancel my order. Can I still do this?
Unfortunately, you cannot cancel your order once your order is confirmed. As we have processed the order and payment, we cannot reverse this unless it is a fraudulent transaction.
2) Can I change my shipping address?
Unfortunately, you cannot change your shipping address once your order is confirmed. We do not allow the change of address to avoid additional charges to you. In the case where you have wrongly keyed in your address, you may drop us a message on our contact page with your order ID and our OKAYCUN team will be happy to assist you.
3) My order hasn’t shipped yet; can I add another item to it?
Unfortunately, your order cannot be combined once it is confirmed. You will need to place a new order for your additional items.
4) How do I return an item?
For confirmed orders, we are sorry to let you know all the OKAYCUN products are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable. In case of incorrect, missing or defective issues, please contact us.
